Lexorium is a legal intelligence platform operated by Sprezzatura AI. The website, app, desktop installer, account services, billing flows, legal-answer interface, uploads, and related APIs are part of the service.

2. Professional Use Boundary

Lexorium is designed to support legal and compliance workflows, but it is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not form a lawyer-client or fiduciary relationship with any user.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service only under the plan and workspace permissions assigned to your account. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account or approved team access.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Lexorium for unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, malware, or harassment.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, plan restrictions, payment controls, or security features.
• Do not upload material you are not authorised to process.
• Do not present AI output as verified legal advice without appropriate human review.

5. AI Outputs and Verification

Lexorium may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or jurisdiction-sensitive output. You must independently review legal reasoning, citations, statutes, clauses, and practical recommendations before relying on them in a live matter, filing, negotiation, or client communication.

6. User Content and Permissions

You retain rights in the content you submit, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for us and our service providers to authenticate, route, process, store, secure, and display that content so the product can function.

7. Paid Plans and Renewals

Free, Pro, and Enterprise access may differ by query limits, tools, voice features, model routing, and support workflows. Paid access begins only after successful payment confirmation and may renew automatically where the applicable billing flow provides for recurring service, subject to your cancellation rights and applicable law.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, manage payment risk, or enforce these terms. Provisions concerning payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, intellectual property, and disputes survive termination.

9. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits

Lexorium is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Except where non-excludable rights apply, Sprezzatura AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based loss arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of India unless mandatory consumer or data-protection rules in your location require otherwise. Disputes, where not otherwise required by law, shall be subject to the courts of Kochi, Kerala. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

4. Citations, Drafts, and Summaries Must Be Reviewed

Case summaries, statutory explanations, contract drafts, compliance checklists, and cited authorities require human review before filing, negotiation, client use, execution, or regulatory reliance. Lexorium currently offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise options. Self-serve Pro pricing and usage limits are displayed in-product at checkout. Enterprise pricing is custom and governed by separate commercial engagement terms where applicable.

2. Payment Authorisation

By submitting payment, you authorise the applicable billing partner and Sprezzatura AI to charge the stated amount, applicable taxes, and any renewal charges associated with the selected plan, subject to the payment flow presented at checkout.

3. Activation and Access

Paid features unlock only after successful payment confirmation. If a payment is declined, cancelled, reversed, or later disputed, premium access may fail to activate or may be suspended until the billing issue is resolved.

4. Renewals, Changes, and Taxes

Where a recurring plan is offered, renewals occur according to the billing cycle shown during purchase unless you cancel in time. Taxes, currency conversion, bank charges, or payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once premium access or usage has been provisioned. If you believe a charge was unauthorised or incorrectly processed, contact us promptly at aisprezzatura@gmail.com so we can review it.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

8. Payment Providers

Payments may be handled by approved partners such as Cashfree. Their checkout terms, privacy notices, and payment rules apply in addition to Lexorium’s own terms and policies.
