These Terms govern access to the Lexorium website, installed app experience, APIs, chat services, paid plans, uploads, and related legal intelligence workflows offered by Sprezzatura AI.
Service Scope
Lexorium is a legal intelligence engine for legal and compliance workflows. The website, web app, installed app experience, legal-answer interface, uploads, predictive risk scoring, premium plans, and related APIs are part of the service operated by Sprezzatura AI.
Professional Boundary
Lexorium is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Using the product does not create a lawyer-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship. You remain responsible for deciding when qualified local legal advice is required.
Eligibility, Accounts, and Security
You must keep your sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate account details, and use the product only within the limits of your assigned plan and authorised workspace. You remain responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the law says otherwise.
Acceptable Use
- Use Lexorium only for lawful, authorised, and professional purposes.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security checks, billing controls, or rate limits.
- Do not upload content you are not authorised to process or share.
- Do not treat AI output as verified legal advice without human review.
AI Outputs and Human Review
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or jurisdiction-dependent. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking legal authorities, validating contract language, confirming procedural steps, and obtaining qualified legal advice where required before relying on any result in a live matter.
Plans, Billing, and Access
Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans differ by daily usage, premium tools, predictive risk scoring, voice support, response priority, and commercial workflow controls. Paid access begins only after successful payment confirmation and may be restricted if payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed.
User Content and Permissions
You retain rights in your submitted content, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for authentication, storage, response generation, support, security, product improvement, payment reconciliation, and service continuity.
Suspension, Termination, and Survival
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, manage payment risk, or comply with law. Payment, disclaimer, liability, dispute, and intellectual-property provisions survive termination to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law and Consumer Rights
